Home By De Vere Design Co does not offer warranties for any of its products. 

The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Afterpay. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.

All orders placed through our online store constitute an offer on your part to purchase specific items in compliance with our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order made via our website for any reason. Please choose carefully. While we have made every effort to accurately represent our products and colors, differences in screen calibration can affect the color reproduction on your screen. When purchasing handmade items, please note that each piece is unique and may differ slightly from what is presented on our website. Prices, GST, and Taxes:

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST. 

Refunds and returns 
At Home By De Vere Design Co we would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:

Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund.

  For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items.

  For an exchange or credit note, you need to contact us within 7 days and return the item to us within 24 hours of receiving your Returns Authorisation email. 

  Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet these conditions.

  Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. All refunds will be less $15.00 freight

  We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

  Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.

  Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months.

  Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.

 All items must be returned at the expense of the customer

Couriers and carriers have a responsibility to take reasonable care for the safety of the goods they transport and to ensure their proper delivery. Therefore, they will be liable for loss or damage resulting from deliberate acts or a failure to exercise reasonable care in transport and delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods and accept them upon receipt. Once you have accepted the goods, the courier or carrier may decline the right to cover damages.

Certain items are typically excluded from courier/carrier insurance coverage in the event of breakages or damages. These items may include glass and concrete.

Australian Consumer Law:

If there is a major problem with the goods, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. If there is a minor problem with your goods (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law), we may opt to repair the goods instead of offering a replacement or refund. Unless required under the Australian Consumer Law, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

Please notify us of any damaged goods within 24 hours of possession by emailing us at info@homebydeveredesignco.com.au.

Product Care:

If you have damaged the goods yourself or failed to properly care for them, we may not be able to provide you with a repair, refund, or replacement. We recommend reading our care instructions on our product page for our recommendations before purchasing our products.

Change or Cancellation of Orders:

As we process orders promptly for swift delivery, we regret that canceling or changing your order may not be possible unless we receive your request by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your original order. No cancellations or changes to orders will be accepted once your order has been dispatched.

Out of Stock Items:

In the rare event that you have purchased an item that is out of stock or unavailable, Home By De Vere Design Co will promptly contact you. We will discuss alternative options, such as selecting a different item or placing an order for the original item, with an estimated fulfillment time. If neither of these options suits your needs, we will allow you to cancel your order and provide a full refund.


Home By De Vere Design Co reserves the right to modify prices at its discretion without prior notice. All prices include GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices do not include delivery; delivery charges will be applied accordingly.
