Refunds and Exchanges Policy:

At Home By De Vere Design Co, we uphold a no-refund policy for cases of incorrect purchase choice or change of mind. Our no-refund policy applies to all items, except when the item is damaged or faulty. Should you wish to return and exchange an item, please adhere to the following guidelines:

In-Store Returns:
- For in-store returns and exchanges, you must return the item within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Online Returns for Credit Note or Item Exchange:
- If you prefer to exchange a product online for a credit note or another item, please initiate the process within 7 days by reaching out to our Customer Care Team via email at info@homebydeveredesignco.com.au.
- Please be aware that return shipping expenses will be incurred by the buyer.

Sale Items:
- Sale items are considered final sale, and we do not provide refunds or exchanges for these items.

Exchanges:
- Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
- Artworks also fall under our no-exchange or refund policy.

Returns for Standard Purchases (Excluding Furniture):
- We allow 7 days for returns on standard purchases, excluding furniture items.
- You must notify us and return the item within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All items must be in pristine condition, including any attached tags or special wrapping.
- Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning the item to our warehouse.

Return Conditions:
- We will gladly offer an exchange or credit note for your item under these conditions:
- The item must remain in its original condition and packaging with tags attached.
- The item must not be damaged, used, altered, or washed.
- Prior contact with us is required before returning the item.
- Sale items can only be returned if they are deemed faulty.
- Earrings and jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds are exclusively available for damaged and faulty items.
- Kindly note that for all pre-order furniture items, we do not entertain refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

Afterpay Returns and Refunds:
- Orders paid via Afterpay do not qualify for refunds.

Pre-Orders:
- Once a pre-order is placed, we are unable to process refunds as each item is customized to order.

Credit Notes:
- Approved returns will result in the issuance of an online code as a credit note. This online code will be sent to you via email and is valid for three years.

Damaged Goods:
- In the event of damage during transit with the courier, please contact us with an image within 48 hours. We will either send you a replacement or provide a credit for your item.
- If you suspect that your item is faulty, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged goods.
